REF 54x cable connector
This connection cable (length: approx. 2.5 m / 8.2 ft.) with Twin-BNC plugs to connect ABB protection relays of the REF 54x series to the low level outputs of CMC test sets.
The CMC test set in such applications simulates non-conventional instrument transformers and/or Rogowski coils.

Recloser and sectionalizer test cables
OMICRON offers a comprehensive range of cable packages as an accessory to CMC test sets for testing various recloser and sectionalizer controls.
After a simple change of the plug connected to the control to be tested, the CMC simulates the behavior of the recloser or sectionalizer in normal operation and provides all voltages, currents and status signals required for testing.

SAA2 Warning Lamp
The new SAA2 is a small, lightweight, and scalable safety accessory that helps you to mark your testing area and warn people that the prohibition zone around the test setup must not be entered. The system is cascadable up to 6 lamps.
Depending on the status of the test device the SAA2 shows either a green or red light. In addition to the red flash light, the SAA2 can also give an audible signal if a measurement is ongoing. It also offers an emergency button to stop the measurement immediately, if needed.

SER 1 scanning equipment for protection relays
SER 1 contains the OSH 256R passive optical scanning head which is designed for reading the status indication LEDs of protection relays. For connecting its binary output signal to one of the binary inputs of a CMC test set, the interface box IFB 256 is used.
The lightweight scanning head can be attached to smooth surfaces by means of its suction cup or by a re-usable adhesive rubber compound in case of a non-planar surface. The adhesive rubber compound additionally screens the sensor from ambient light.

SEM 3 scanning equipment for meters
SEM 3 contains the photoelectric scanning head SH 2015 to detect pulses from electronic meters. This scanning head provides a ring magnet to attach the unit to solid-state meters. It is suitable for a wavelength range of 610 nm to 1000 nm.
An adapter cable for direct connection to the external interface (EXIF) connector on the rear of a CMC 356, CMC 256plus, CMC 430, CMC 353 or CMC 310 is included in delivery.
