MCU 502

•         Electrically isolated PD signal transmission
•         Operation via the PC software
•         Integrated sensor for triggering to the mains frequency

MCU2

Multi-device control unit for MPD 800
The MCU2 multi-device control unit is designed for connecting one or more MPD 800 partial discharge (PD) measurement devices to a PC. It converts optical signals, which are generated by the PD measurement device and transmitted to the MCU2 control unit via fiber optic cables, into the standard USB electrical communication signal. The MCU2 control unit is connected to the PC using the supplied USB cable.

MPP 600

Alternative power supply for MPD measurement devices
The MPP battery pack is used to power MPD 500 and MPD 600 partial discharge (PD) measurement devices for over 20 hours of continuous operation without the need for AC power. This enables convenient PD measurement anytime and anywhere. Interference induced via the voltage supply is also effectively avoided. The power pack includes a battery charger and power cord for recharging.

Measurement cable set

A set of six measurement cables consisting of
• Two pairs of red/black measurement cables marked with “I” with 2.5mm² / AWG 14
• and 6m / 19.5 ft or 10m / 32 ft length
• One pair of red/black measurement cables marked with “V” with 2.5mm² / AWG 14
• and 6m / 19.5 ft or 10m / 32 ft length

Mini Wi-Fi USB adapter

CMC test sets with NET-2 interface board can be controlled wirelessly from a Windows PC/laptop or an Android tablet. To establish a Wi-Fi connection the dedicated Wi-Fi USB adapter is needed.

• Wi-Fi N150: Complies with wireless 802.11b/g/n standards with data rate up to 150Mbps
• Compact design:
- Dimensions: 7.1 x 14.9 x 18.5 mm (0.3 x 0.6 x 0.7 in)
- Operating temperature: 0 - 40 °C

RBX1

• Passive cooling, no moving parts
• IEC 61850-3 and IEEE 1613 compliant
• Watchdog / fault signal contact
• Error correcting code memory (ECC RAM)

RBP1

The RBP1 is a rechargeable lithium-ion battery pack supplied with our measurement devices for up to 16 hours of continuous testing without the need for connecting to the local power supply. Multiple batteries can be connected via daisy chain for longer testing periods.
Supplies power to MPD 800 measurement devices for several hours of continuous testing without the need for an AC power connection in test labs or in the field.
